Refund policy

All sales are finals, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to COVID-19 and MONKEYPOX. No refunds under any circumstances.

Pick Up Orders: NO returns or exchanges are allowed if the order has been picked up already. We can only return or exchange items that have not been picked up by the customer yet. Please double check your order before purchasing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within the first 3 days of your delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 3 days we can no longer replace your defective item.

Gift cards and eBooks
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on eBooks or gift cards.

Insurance

All packages come with insurance! Up to $200 coverage. Please contact us at if your package is ever lost, stolen, or damaged in transit!
